Please note: The last day you can book reservations in the group room block is October 10, 2022, by 4 p.m. ET.

Photo and Recording Policy
Any person who attends a CANARIE event or workshop grants permission to CANARIE to use and publish his or her image or likeness collected in connection with the event, for any usual and customary purpose of CANARIE, including promotion of CANARIE and its programs.
The image or likeness of participants at this event may be captured through still photos, video and/or audio recordings. These images and/or recordings may be edited, printed, streamed, archived, broadcast, posted online and otherwise retained by CANARIE or made available to the public. By participating in this event, a participant consents to CANARIE performing these actions, and agrees to hold harmless CANARIE and its affiliates, members, trustees, agents, officers, contractors, volunteers and employees against any and all legal claims arising out of, by reason of, or caused by the performance of these actions or other use or distribution of still photos, video and/or audio recordings.
COVID-19 Precautions
We are looking forward to welcoming you back in person and recognize that everyone’s comfort levels are different. Our team is working hard to make the event feel comfortable and safe for all attendees.
The venue’s protocols will depend on Ontario’s public health guidelines in October. Additionally, we will take a few steps for the comfort and added safety of our staff and attendees:
- Full vaccination (as defined by Health Canada) is mandatory for all attendees. Upon check-in, all attendees’ vaccination status will be verified, along with government-issued photo ID.
- All hotel staff who are serving meals and/or clearing our conference space will wear a mask.
- Masks are strongly recommended for all attendees throughout the conference, except while eating, drinking, or presenting.
- Complementary rapid antigen tests will be available for all attendees at the registration desk
To keep our staff and other attendees safe, we respectfully ask you to join the virtual stream of the Summit if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19.
Refund Policy
Cancellations must be submitted by email to registration@canarie.ca All email correspondence must originate from the account on the record of registration in order to be considered a valid request. Cancellations received on or before September 24, 2022 will receive a full refund, less an administration fee of $25. Cancellations received on or after September 25, 2022 will not be eligible to receive a refund. Registrations can be transferred at anytime, with no processing fee. Please send all substitution requests to registration@canarie.ca.
